These rules are set by Horeca1 and apply to every affiliate. They can be updated, and the version on this page is the current one.
Customer Challenge
Rs 100 for every approved restaurant or retail sign-up, once you reach 5 approved sign-ups. The reward then applies to all of them, including the first 5.
Rs 10,000 challenge prize for the affiliate with the most approved sign-ups, minimum 50 approved sign-ups to qualify.
A customer counts once Horeca1 has approved the business against a GST or FSSAI number.
Tie-break: Whoever reached the final count first (time of the approval that reached it).
Brand and Supplier Challenge
Rs 1,100 for every approved supplier or brand sign-up.
Rs 10,000 challenge prize for the affiliate with the most approved sign-ups, minimum 4 approved sign-ups to qualify.
A supplier or brand counts once Horeca1 has approved it and it has at least 10 live products.
Tie-break: Whoever reached the final count first (time of the approval that reached it).
For every sign-up
Only new, genuine and identifiable businesses count. Existing Horeca1 accounts, duplicates, fake details and signing yourself up do not count.
The first affiliate whose link a business used is credited. Horeca1 can correct a credit when a link failed to record it.
Horeca1 reviews every sign-up. A sign-up that is not approved does not count, and you can ask for the reason.
Repeated fake or misleading sign-ups can lead to suspension from the programme and loss of the disputed rewards.
Rewards are paid after Horeca1 verifies each sign-up. Tax rules may apply to payouts. Horeca1 asks for your UPI ID and PAN only when a payout is ready.
Rankings shown during a challenge are provisional. The result is final after Horeca1 closes the challenge and checks the counts.
